Big Dog Fishing Guide Service (BDFGS) Reservation and Refund Policy

            Trips under $1000.00

Ø      On trips under the cost of $1000 a deposit of 50% of trip cost is required to hold the date and the balance due at the time of the trip in the form of cash or check.

Ø      On these trips 25% is non-refundable unless trip is called off by BDFGS because of severe weather (rain is not severe weather unless at such a rate that the guide deems it intolerable or unsafe).

Trips over $1000.00

Ø      On trips over the cost of $1000 a deposit of 50% of trip cost is required to hold the date and the balance due no later than five days before the trip.

Ø      On these trips 15% is non-refundable unless trip is called off by BDFGS because of severe weather (rain is not severe weather unless at such a rate that the guide deems it intolerable or unsafe).

Ø      Rescheduling of a trip reservation will be accepted in the case of severe weather at the time of departure. If lightning or bad weather persists there will be a one hour wait for weather to improve, if not the trip will be rescheduled or cancelled. BDFGS will work with you to reschedule your trip during the balance of the 2004 season.
